Please keep your JBE invoice/sales receipt at a safe place: these documents are your warranty. Without these documents, we can NOT proces your repair!
Our general terms and conditions are applicable to all our promotions, communications and agreements and they have been filed at the Chamber of Commerce of Breda. You can ask us to obtain these documents, free of charges.
For accessories, batteries, in-ear devices, terminal transistors and other parts which are subject to wear, we apply a period of 100 days.
Warranty periods are valid at the condition that the equipment has been used in conformity with the user manual and/or the prescriptions and for equipment showing eventual production errors.

Within a 14 days period after the purchase of your order (reflection time), you have the right to terminate the purchase agreement and to return the product to JBE, without giving any further reasons or motivation. This option is only possible at the condition that the purchased product is still 100% new! The shipping costs for returning the product will be at your charges. After reception of the returned product we will transfer the amount of the purchase (minus eventual shipping costs) within 10 days to your bank account.
Exceptions:
This option is not valid for products we sell in promotion as one-time offers or as last items in stock.

In case you would decide to return the product to us at JBE, you need to take into account the following rules:
The product has to be unused and free of any kind of damages. The product must be returned in its original packaging, inclusive all manuals and user guides, cables and other accessories. You are responsible for any damage or loss during the return transport to Jacobs Breda Electronics.
You should always add the proof of purchase to the returned goods. Without this proof of payment, we cannot process your request.
Our shipping- and administrative costs for shipments within the Netherlands:
Cash on delivery
€ 15,00 incl. VAT : Applies to all orders for which you request shipment COD/payment to the carrier.
Advance payment
The shipping- and administrative costs will be charged during the first delivery, any subsequent delivery of the same order will be shipped post-free.
Exceptions
To ship a package longer than 1,60 mtr and/or heavier than 25 kg, we unfortunately will have to charge you extra shipping costs. You can of course receive upfront a quote for this. This fee amounts to € 17,50 incl. VAT.
Our shipping- and administrative costs for shipments outside the Netherlands
We deliver to all countries within the European Community. However, we only deliver after receiving the advance payment of both the products and the shipping costs. Any subsequent delivery of the same order will be shipped post-free.
For other countries you can request us to provide you a quote in advance.
If your order is on stock, it will be included in the next shipment. We normally ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For shipments on the same day, we need to receive your order before 3 pm by @ or fax. Advance payments can be transferred to our Rabo bank account number 14.24.54.559 (Iban: NL37RABO 0142 4545 59, Swift RABONL2U)
For reservations in our showroom so you can retrieve it later, we do not charge extra.
